ACCLM is committed to providing all our students with the services they need so that you feel supported every step of the way. We feel that the support you receive during your course of study adds to the value and outcomes that you will gain during your learning journey.
Whilst our training is provided online, we understand that not everyone is tech savvy, so we are here to reduce as much of the stress and frustration as possible. Our training materials are designed to be effective and engaging but simple, convenient and easy to use.

Academic support
Your Trainer/Assessor can provide you with academic support, as they specialise within specific study areas.
If you are still concerned, we suggest you speak to your coordinator by arranging an appointment at reception.
Counselling services
If you are finding yourself feeling stressed or overwhelmed by your study, our students can take advantage of our Student Assistance Program Converge International – which is a professional counselling company which provides student psychological and well-being services across the ECA Group.
